I just signed up for the monthly ultimate ticket, does that include the blue lot? If so, can you check why I'm not able to read or post?

It most certainly includes the Blue Lot and I'm guessing it's going to require you to log out and then back in, that generally fixes that problem. Try that and let me know if it doesn't work.
