CHARLIE KIRK AND NOAM CHOMSKY HAVE THIS IN COMMON:
THEY HAVE BOTH CHALLENGED THE OUTCOME OF THE JERRY SANDUSKY TRIAL.
That's right. Two well known voices in America, representing the conservative and liberal fronts, respectively, are in cinque on this emerging premise.
If you previously have dismissed the notion of Sandusky's innocence, think anew. New evidence has been filed that that radically alters the foundations of perceived truth regarding this case.
Consider the following:
The head of the original prosecution team, already disbarred for misconduct related to the case, has with his assistant been brought up for investigation regarding a multi-million dollar fund designed to be fed by the number of conviction charges successfully accrued against Sandusky.
Of the 10 accusers involved in the original case:
Accuser 10 as recanted his trial testimony.
Accuser 9's mother has recanted her testimony, and claimed her son (who had a learning disability) was coached into giving false and misleading testimony.
Accuser 8 was never identified. The only eye witness to his abuse stated clearly in a taped interview with state police that his abuser was someone else.
Accuser 7 initially claimed he was never abused. He later told author Mark Pendergrast that the abuses he testified to were the result of repressed memory therapy.
Accuser 6 never claimed abuse, but only grooming. His claims were based on the credibility of other accusers.
Similar contradictions of fact and circumstance exist for the remaining five accusers. I will elaborate here only if readers ask.
The entire Sandusky trial was conducted without mention of the fact that Sandusky had a congenital condition compromising his ability to act in many of the ways claimed--or even to be motivated to do so.
None of the signature markers of abusers were present in the Sandusky case; no physical evidence, no contemporary claims of abuse, no pornography of any kind in his possession, no suspicions registered by any family members raised in his household.  His  wife, all his close family members, and several hundred adult alumni of his charity stand firmly beside him.
MORE NEWS ON THIS CASE IS BREAKING NOW. THE PENNSYLVANIA COURT SYSTEM AND MAINSTREAM NEWS MEDIA HAVE INVESTED HEAVILY IN THE PARTY LINE THAT SANDUSKY IS GUILTY. THEY ARE LIKELY TO RESIST DISCUSSING THIS NEW EVIDENCE.
