Ironically it wasn't Palatine's best, despite their only title game tilt.

The '96 team when Stopka and Marianni, et al were seniors; and the 2016 squad that was 12-0 before falling to Maine South in the semis would have had a really good shot at a state title if Zach Oles hadn't fractured his collarbone in the first playoff game.
