Virginia sucks

I live in Northern Virginia and the state is worse than the basketball team right now. The basketball team has a special knack for blowing it in the tournament though.
I live in Shenandoah Valley about 30 minutes from Charlottesville. Virginia basketball exceeded expectations this year. Nobody expected UVa basketball to finish second in the ACC and advance to the second round of the NCAA tournament.

I live in Loudoun County. Trust me I know. Western Loudoun is pretty beautiful though. I don’t know if I can continue to live here if it continues down its current trajectory.

Some of the best fried oysters I've ever enjoyed were prepared at a seafood joint in Arlington, VA. Aside from that, yeah...............Virginia sucks.
Scumberger lied to get elected then showed her true colors, like most Democrats do. Don`t know why people voted for her vs. a black female ex-military candidate.
I think the Republican Party could have put someone else forward who could have won. She is too polarizing and imo, the party as a whole needs to move away from that archetype. The groundwork was laid by Trump and needs a more diplomatic character.
Lol, Virginia does not suck. I live in Richmond, and have traveled all over the state for years. Northern VA does in fact suck (except old town Alexandria), but the rest of the state is beautiful and has much to offer. Although, in NOVA, you won’t find the amount of amazing ethnic food anywhere else, outside of NYC or LA. The interior of the state has gorgeous wineries, tons of charming historic places, amazing restaurants and beautiful scenery. Virginia has beaches, mountains, rivers, and all four seasons. I would argue that Albamarle County is the most beautiful area in the fall, in the entire US. VA beach makes Myrtle Beach look like a meth cesspool. Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown area is beautiful, w history and scenery. Some of the best oysters on the planet come from the Rappahannock area. The Chesapeake Bay is beautiful as seen from soooo many cool coastal towns. You guys are sleeping on Virginia.

I don’t think anyone will really hate on the geography and attractions in Virginia. This thread sort of had a different rhetoric.
My mother was born and raised in Richmond. Visited there frequently growing up.
We get it…God made beautiful scenery in VA. Man is making it unlivable. Lol
Lived in Virginia since 2000(live near Richmond now) most fickle damn place ever when it comes to the weather. Swear to God growing up in South Carolina I never got sinus issues particularly headaches, had them every damn year since I've been in Virginia.
I've lived here since about 2002, first in Norfolk and on Navy ships, then in 2006 I moved to the Richmond area. Nice to see others in the area.

If I'd watched the game, probably one of the few times I would have pulled for Tennessee, can't stand the Charlottesville ivy League wannabes!
