this is what happens when you hire a female head coach.. the dynamics change drastically and the baseline set and maintained by a previous male coach is no longer there.

I don't know who the left-side equivalent of CK is but there would be no way the people that think CK is "great man" would also think that his opposite was a "great man" for also building something with a huge following.
