Volleyball faces Notre Dame tonight

Louisville Volleyball (24-0) is #1 in the nation's polls and in the RPI rankings

Tonight they face Notre. Dame in South Bend. 6 p.m. on the ACC Network.

It's a rebuilding year for UND, not quite at .500 overall and 8-6 in 12th ACC. Still, the Irish have talent and recently swept NCST in South Bend.

The Irish beat the Cards to start the shortened season last year in straight sets and did get to the NCAA Tournament, where they were knocked out by Oregon in round two.

The Cards will face Notre Dame again, to end the regular season, in the LNFCU at the end of November.

I noticed during the timeout that there were no freshmen on the Louisville sideline. Do the freshmen not travel to out of town games?

Probably a matter of who is getting court time. Since a FR starts it isn’t a FR thing.
