This is the game we have been waiting for! Dollar pizza is going to be amazing while watching our Scarlet Knights march over Wagner to victory.

Any ideas what type of pizza they will be serving for the game? Any limits? It looks to be a gorgeous game day and am really looking forward to enjoying some fresh 'za.

Kind of a conundrum now to tailgate with pizza as usual...what's everyone eating?

FYI I believe they said the dollar slices are only during the first quarter while supplies last. I have a feeling a lot of people are missing that part and are going to be disappointed.

I can already see the threads after the game with everyone complaining Rutgers ruined the good idea they had.

Well, if you want folks to get there early and stay later, why not offer it the whole game?

Definitely makes sense to get people in their seats early - controlling for the late game is always difficult. BINGO for the students and cash might have been helpful to keep them in their seats.

But saying ahead of time it’s just for the 1st quarter isn’t a good idea IMO.

Yeah my guess (and this is just a complete guess) is that they don't have the space in the concession stand to fit that many thousands of pizzas, so they're saying 1st quarter only so it doesn't come off as a big flop when they run out early in the game.
