Two missed FG by a kicker who looks like he should be in middle school, a fumble at the 5yrd line with 1 minute left, and a half empty stadium to start and nearly empty with the game on the line...oh and it was homecoming

That was another game with a fudged call with few seconds remaining. If you call a run play with just seconds remaining you risk eating up your time and that's what BC did. Not that a win was automatic but the extended pushing a shoving at line ate up the clock when a pass would have allowed another play.

And Syracuse got destroyed by a terrible USF team, so the day wasn't all bad.

The acc is horrible. The old BE with a strong Va Tech and Miami was better across the board.
