I tried to sign up with a credit card. I don't know whether it was successful or not. I don't have good luck with credit card stuff. I can program a vcr (yeah I still use one) but the credit card ordering has always proven elusive.

I'll be honest the reason I did it was I really enjoy WVU football so much and I really like the Pick'm that me a bunch of others (none of whom I've ever met but this Saturday I will meet torontoeers) do during season. I get so much enjoyment out of that I'd pay $50 just for that. It's a lot of fun and it makes the games more enjoyable if I can keep my biases out of my picks.

I've always felt like a moocher cause I've not been a member since my last credit card wanted to charge some $75 annual fee. Hopefully you get the $50. A check in a stamped envelope would have been a lot easier.

The Blue Lot is 100x better than this board. More interaction, some funny characters, and some inside information as the cherry on top. The subscription is well worth it especially 50% off.

Is there going to be any deals for renewing subscribers? I know my 1 year is coming up soon. Thanks

That is something we continue to push for trust me. But the more we can grow the site, obviously the better product we can provide.

I have an issue where an old CC is stuck in there and it wants it updated, but I’m afraid I do that it will charge before I can add the promo. Help?

Im almost positive you’d have to sign up in order to be charged and obviously you enter the 50WVU promo code to receive the half off. But wait for Vernon to see this and confirm first.

When you follow the past subscriber link above is it asking you to update the card? Regardless just use the link and update the card if you have to and I'll make sure you get only the promo deal and not the full amount.

Vernon, looks like it charged me the full 99 as soon as I put my card in.

Maybe not...it’s says I’ve subscribed, but then it doesn’t work when I got to the blue Lot. If I go to subscriptions, it says I already have one. Just let me know what I need to do. Thanks.

Can you verify with your bank that you were charged the full amount?
