It was a pretty good movie. If you ask "what happened?", the answer is, nothing much, but it was still a good movie tracking the development of a boy into a young man.
I'm sure everybody has already heard, but this movie was shot over a 12 year span with all the same actors, so it is the same boy aging from about 8 years old up to his first day of college, as well as his sister who was a year or two older.
For some reason I was expecting more from the actual story, but still thought it was pretty good
