I live on the southeastern coast of NC. We just had a Wawa open in Wilmington and was wondering if any of you had any suggestions on what to order there. Our neighbors, who are from Philadelphia are thrilled they opened here and I'd to give it a try. Neighbors said they have really good sandwiches.
Any of you ever eaten a Wawa?

I’m from Philly and still live in the area so I’ve known and liked Wawa my whole life. Their sandwiches are good for a convenience store but they can’t compete with sandwiches from a deli or a hoagie shop.

Always been my experience as well. Was introduced to them by a college friend from Philly and I went in with high expectations but left feeling underwhelmed. Same with Sheetz, to be honest.

Buc-ee's food is better, but you have to be willing to deal with the sensory overload from all of the people.

Couple times a year I drive solo 5-6 hours each way
It is soo easy to stop at Sheetz , get gas, bathroom, something to eat..So I do it
