Yes, a much better team with everyone healthy and on the floor together. I hope everyone can stay that way and go on a run this year.

Lowe has to be healthy for this team to do anything. Noah needs to be cut from rotation. BG backs up JQ.

Lowe
Oweh
Aberdeen
Mo
JQ
Chandler
Williams
BG
That's the rotation.
I would still like to see JJ get some minutes because of his talent. He needs to pass and defend though. I get why he wouldn’t be in it because we need defense to win.

Health, defense, and rebounding will be the keys to success IMO. Effort, desire, and teamwork seem to be there.

Point guard play is vitally important to offensive success. Jaland is the guy but will he be able to physically hold up for the season. His penetration and ability to attract the attention of all 5 defenders should open up opportunities for everyone. JQ creates problems with his physical play, athleticism, and hustle to the offensive and defensive boards when a shot goes up. Our depth may pay dividends in the 2nd half of games, if we continue to apply pressure to wear down our opponents.

We still have a pulse. GBB!

Yep. You can ALWAYS give effort despite injuries.

We need to stay healthy but we def. need to keep playing hard nose defense

Aberdeen can leave the team now as far as I’m concerned. He has hurt this roster with his selfish play.
Yep.. I think Pope sees it too.... Williams is on the court at the end of games now instead of him.... what little offense we have breaks down when Aberdeen decides to go one on three into the lane

At best. The last 2 games he has been horrible

I really think that Marino is over Garrison although Brandon has been playing better lately. MM has more of a upside and is a much better rebounder than Garrison.
12 minutes of Garrison tonight. That's a perfect amount for him. I wants to see JQ and Mo on the floor together as much as possible. That's some serious toughness.

MM is definitely better. I wouolld still give Garrison minutes, but JQ has to get 30 when he is in shape IMO

Obviously still have some work to do. Stay healthy, avoid slow starts, stop silly turnovers. But with JQ and Lowe on the court at the same time, this team looked tough.
The key is stay healthy so they can learn to come together.

What does that have to do with missing a 3
No lateral quickness at all
Chandler is one of our better on ball defenders because he has lateral quickness, athleticism, and good instincts. He has not played well the past 2 games but is an important player both defensively and offensively. If Lowe and JQ can play each game, and Chandler finds his shooting stroke we are going to do well in the SEC.

I believe that, in a month, JQ will play 25+ minutes, sometimes in tandem with MM while he spells Mo. MM will get the majority of the backup minutes with Garrison getting 5-10 minutes. Of course, foul trouble and whoever has the hot hand will cause these minutes to change from game to game.

I would use BG to spell him only. 5 minutes per game. I really don’t like his game and he kills us everytime we get a 6 point lead and he thinks it’s his time to show the scouts he can brick 3’s.

I’m not sure he’ll get go 30 in his condition. Not sure I would risk it. I mean I’d love him to get 30, but I’m not sure they’ll do that night in and night out.

It’s one of the more interesting seasons we’ve had in a while. How good are they healthy? What would our record be? How healthy will they stay? How far can they go healthy?

If they could somehow get Williams and Chandler to go lights out for the remainder of the season, and JLO stay healthy and actually be a 38% guy, that’s pretty wild to think about. And JLOW can do that, or close to it. He’s done it before.
