Two things, either they’re still using smoke signals or the pony express in Colorado and this hasn’t heard about the OC firing. Or this kid is a really trusting soul to buy the “we’ll figure out who the OC will be later” recruitment pitch.

Did anyone from BWI even cover this? Had some nice offers and he needs to fill out (very skinny at 6’4” - 6’5” - 185 lbs.) and will likely rate higher going forward. He’s a 4* on Rivals.

Skinny kid. Like, really skinny. Has a pretty big arm. Ugly mechanics, but the ball gets there in a hurry. We probably got in early here. Would imagine he goes up in rankings as the year goes on: big arm+big frame+PSU offer= rising in rankings. Biggest concern (aside from his love of jumping and throwing off his back foot because of his height advantage) is he looks like a straight drop back and read the defense guy. We tend to struggle to develop those folks lately.

This kid could be 6'6" plus by the time he graduates. Quite an athlete. Any info. on how good he is at basketball? Two sport athletes are fun to watch.

Yes, some are dopes who will not complain about coaching errors, bottom feeding records, horrid performances against ranked teams, and who will not demand what the fans and school deserve for the huge salaries being paid and the financial resources dedicated to the football program.
It is not like this is a professional game now, played by players making fortunes in NIL and driving free cars, and coached by men paid seven figures.
