His highlights are ridiculous considering that he was playing his freshman year. I hope he has a little growth left in him.

what's the word? Nardouche didn't want him?

a) Would intimidate other players with his skills? not good for the lockerroom
b) never wanted him
c) not Pitt material (must be an amoeba in a uniform)
d) who, never heard of him
e) he's not into playing in front of empty mustard seats who needs him

Not pitt material. It’s what we’re up against.

Heck, by the time he plays a game at PSU. Phil Donahue will be dead, so will Generalissimo Francisco Franco and I might be.

Is the NFL devaluing RBs trickling down to college ball? I know it’s a symptom of the change in offensive style, but saw the top ranked RB for 2025 is #20 overall (only two RBs in the top 50). Remember when the top RB in any class was usually in the top 10. TEs also undervalued but used correctly they are force multipliers.

They are playing for money. If RBs are not getting paid, the athletes are not going to be attracted to that position.

Fair point. Top positions are QB, Edge, WR, CB, OT. LBs slipping too. On3 2023 ranking had a TE ranked higher than the top RB.

Elite HS athletes are moving to WR/Safety/DE depending on their size now. Just like with college and pro offenses, high schools are Using spread or at least three wide receiver offenses much more than they ever have.

Air Raid is getting more popular along with the Spread offenses as well. With all of the 7v7 that goes on, the passing game is just easier to work on year round.
