We could be heading for three losses in a row?

There’s really no telling what will happen at Tennessee. This team really doesent show much consistency so it’s a coin flip. Won’t be surprised if we win by a 2. Won’t be surprised if we lose by 15

Tennessee is a terrible matchup for us, they are the best 3 point shooting defense in the country and when you factor in the fact they might be coming off a loss and we are Kentucky, we will be getting their best shot.

I just get the feeling we are about to fall off a cliff. We really needed todays game.

I hate to say it but those were the kind of wins Cal always found a way to get done. When Kentucky was coming off a couple losses and heading to a Tennessee or Auburn or Arkansas as a heavy underdog those were the games Cal found a way to win time and again.

Also Cal won his last 8 in Vandy 2016 was the last loss but then again this Vandy team was much better but still should won today up 7 with 9 mins left that has to be a win.

Between awful officiating one game, to not giving us a shot around today.. what's on deck for the next road games? Are they gonna cut the lights everytime we step up for a shot?

I'm half kidding. Actually I'm not kidding at all. Can't wait to see what's in store.

Already ignored that bum.
I respect the rival fans who post here and don't hide the fact they aren't UK fans.
The Georgia and the Vandy and a couple HOG fans who post here and have for years. All seem like good guys. They don't come here to trash UK but to talk basketball.
What I despise is POS like that guy who pretend to be a UK fan but do nothing but trash the players and coach. And dissappear when UK wins. F THOSE GUYS

I just hope we don’t let Tuesday night become a downward spiral. This sort of reminds me of 2013 when Noel went down, then we got boat-raced at Tennessee after that. I want to show the rest of the league that we’re still a heavyweight and play with some heart. Going to be hard to stay competitive without a dynamic Carr

Well, yeah. I feel pretty confident that Pope would have beaten Stackhouse today too. Because we'd be 8-12 (1-6) or something.

Oh hell nah. Today sucked, but we are not going to do THIS.

Lose at Tennessee, which will happen, and then maybe win ark, and then lose at ole miss. Winning 1 of the last 5

You're on the wrong board. No worries, it seems to happen a lot!

9-9 in the SEC is reasonable and would be good enough for a four seed.
I think they have us at a 4 now, I don't see us sustaining that at 9-9.

We have some really tough games coming up. @ UT, @ Mizzou, @ Ole Miss, @ Bama, UT and Auburn.
Yikes.

9-9 in the SEC would likely mean that we beat seven or eight ranked teams. So yes, that's good enough for a four seed. We currently lead the nation in top 25 wins.

I’m obviously very disappointed in the loss today.

It’s also pretty telling about our fan base the response/shock being experienced for losing a Q1 game as a 2.5 point favorite. It’s like folks thought there was very little chance of a loss when everything was telling you there was, especially when you heard Carr was out.

Possible 3 game losing streak with Cal coming. Good God if so we better *** pound them and not drop the rope or it's gonna be a BBN meltdown of epic proportions.

Imagine a 4 game losing streak and Swaggy Cal struting out of Rupp as we head to Ole Miss😬

To me it’s more the schedule and Carr being out. Also the execution late in games is bad and the starts to these games are bad

Must wins:
Ark
SC
Vandy
LSU

NEED:
@TX
@Ok

Grab at least 3 of these and still could go into Post season on a high.:
@TN
@Ole Miss
TN
@Bama
AUB
@MIZZOU

GO 9-3. Seems unlikely right now. Here's to hope. Anything worse than 6-6 and woof.

Call me crazy but I think we can beat Tennessee because every time we expect to lose to Tennessee... we beat them.
Yeah, but that was when we had higher end talent. This team seems to start out slow and plays lazy.
Also, with Carr out and my goodness, Brea can't hit a shot now.
It'a not looking good.

Could we be? More like: what kind of Knoxville miracle will we need to avoid it being a certainty? And that’s not my attempt at being negative, it’s just reality at this point.

Heading into the Arkansas game on a 3 game skid, I shudder to think what would happen if we somehow drop that game. I don’t yet think we will, of course, but 🤮.
