The fact is, we are too much better than everyone else. The best thing that can happen, whether we lose a game or not, is that we have some lulls and avoid peaking too early. Cal knows what he has, and these players know how good they are. When competition steps up, we will step up our game too. Anyone panicking, just sit back, enjoy the ride, and remember when we hang #9...I told you so!

I tend to agree. Kentucky has the best team in the country. Almost nobody disputes that. The NCAA tournaments single elimination format is all that makes me nervous. Anybody can have a bad night.

You're also right about just enjoying the ride. I thought we were lucky to get the Pitino era. Hell, the Calipari era has been even better IMO. Loving every minute of it.

GBB!!!

Great teams don't peak. They just continue to get better.

Just be sure to extend your DVR recording time for future televised games.

I'd say there's a definite stride every time hits, and as a coach, you want to time the peak of that stride for March. Otherwise, you find your guys "taking a game off" when they shouldn't be. I believe Cal is letting them get it out of their system now.
