Duke is the bigger threat. UConn just got insanely lucky, they will never be the destination. Duke has media ncaa had team USA has dark money from overseas alumni they’ve got all leverage moving forward. Every year dude doesn’t win it, is a year that is a good thing for us. I'm looking at it completely in terms of numbers. 6 is less than 7. And Duke hasn't won it in 11 years. If UConn wins it all it will be Number 7 and the 3rd in 4 years. So, absolutely I want them out. Then Duke can lose to Illinois or Arizona/Michgan. Just even having UConn near the the title game is AWFUL. ESPN an the media will eat that up.

Absolutely not! Its our fault we let them get that close. Can't root for Duke. Only time I sort of did was in 2015. Went to the Final Four that year and the Duke and Michigan St fans were very respectful to everyone. The Wisconsin fans were so bad that I was hoping they get destroyed in the championship game.

Against any of these more talented teams, Hurley will shorten the game, halfcourt it to death, run those actions for 25 seconds and play gritty D. The slow pace tends to numb opponents, makes them work and execute team defense, then drubs them into a malaise. Uconn has worked Non Big East teams. Non BE refs don't allow all the holding on defense, so they can run their stuff. They would have beaten Arizona this year had they had Reed playing.
