I'm not saying we will, I'm not very optimistic at all so I hope no one takes this post that way. But, our only shot to save this season is to knock off Florida. Everyone expected a win against Southern Miss and a loss to Florida. So now the role is flipped. If we can pull off a victory it will end our streak and we will still be 1-1 where everyone thought we would be.

Winning is so alpha and demeaning to the loser. We understand a utopian ethical mindset here. Mitch is a master at this. We lose the right way, allow the opponent to have the day, and we both win.

I've never understood the thought process behind trading out victories with teams you're supposed to beat, with teams you're not favored to beat. I want all the wins, not just enough to get by. That's what's wrong with Kentucky Football. We accept mediocrity. 6-6 is just fine. Winning the games youre favored in AND the tough games is how you get from 6 wins to 8,9, 10 wins. It doesn't matter if you beat Florida or Georgia if you turn around and lose to SMU or Vandy in the same season. You're just treading water. I'm done accepting mediocrity at best. I want 6 wins to be a givin and then play for 8,9, 10 wins.

Let's say we do get to that 5 victory milestone....then we play for the BIG 6TH win and the chance play for the Junior's Bait and Tackle Bowl.
Oh I agree, I think 4 wins is our max at the moment. I'm just saying that it just bugs me that people think it's ok to lose to SMU as long as we beat a team we're not favored against. It's not ok. It's never ok to lose to Southern Miss.

Stoops allowing Southern Miss to run all over us was just him setting the trap for UF. Stoops wasn't showing all his cards and UF will take the bait. Count on it.
