To drop us a seed line.

We had this game won, then we made mistake after mistake after mistake and handed a bad team the game.
Purdue lost to Ohio State at home, but they're a 2 seed, we were a 3.
They judge you by your losses when they want to knock you down and we just gave them another reason to knock us down.
Why was Purdue a 2 and UK a 3? We have 4 wins better than any win they have, but we were behind them.
They will use this loss as a reason to drop us.

We are an easy 2 seed when healthy.

It’s sad when we are just doing this to ourselves, people acted all wk like it’s ok to lose this game laying out the injury excuse all wk. BS with that, we had this game won and gave it away. There’s no sense of urgency with them at all, especially on the road.

Yea I see where you’re coming from, Digger. And I can’t really say why I feel that way. Maybe it’s the injuries. I donno.

Once we lost to OSU by 20, that went out the window. Pope really screwed up by not having his team prepared there.
Look at the massive wins since that loss and they still stick us on the 3 line.

He consistently doesn't have the team prepared. I think the guys get up for the big games, so it just negates anything he's not doing. It rears its ugly head when they need a lift.

This! It was there. Solid fundamental basketball wins this game. Pope didn't put the right people in the right position to close it out!
Perry shooting a pull up in the paint,is that on perry or his coach?

I honestly think it'll be harder to win Wednesday night against Vandy, then it was tonight! Vandy will put a ton of pressure on our guards! I expect some full court press ect.
I know if I was a coach I would pressure them til they prove they can beat it!

Exactly right, these idiots that are.patting Texas on the back and acting like they earned this win, will see that the mistakes we made tonight, will be even more costly against Vandy.

I hope they understand a loss at home to Vandy is very possible.

You can't make mistakes like this and beat SEC teams.

Yep there’s a ceiling due to the number of losses but there’s also a floor given our 4 wins over the committee’s top 6 seeds.

I'll take any seed, provided that we're healthy when Selection Sunday rolls around.

It's going to be a brutal few weeks, but we knew it was coming the moment JR and LB both went down.

IF (big if) we’re healthy come tournament time, we’ll be underseeded due to all these shorthanded losses. With that said we took some bad losses with a full roster, so I’ll be prepared for any outcome in the tournament.
