I kid but historically speaking, we have to be the worst tackling program by a wide margin. It's consistently the most frustrating part of watching UK football. I don't know if it's talent, coaching, dumb luck or what. It was the main difference in the Rich Brookes era. For 3 years we could tackle. I really don't know what you do about it.

We don't hit hard either. When I watch other power 5 teams their D likes to lay the wood. Our guys try to push the guy down or push them out of bounds. I never see one of guys just knock the snot out of the other team.
