We need another fan boycott

Get real. Anyone with half a brain stem knows the four SEC wins resulted from certain programs regressing to UK's level. Fortunately for us, three of those games were in Lexington, and we still managed to barely squeak out wins. We haven't defeated any team with a pulse this season.

It's Year 4 and Stoops has only mustered two road wins. We're still waiting on his first signature win. Personally, I doubt we'll ever see it.

The Florida and Auburn games in 2015 and the Georgia game last week are the ones he needs to start winning. They were home games in front of large crowds against good (but certainly not great) teams. It just seems like UK will never get over that hump.

And what does a boycott accomplish? Just go support the kids on Senior day. Stoops ain't getting fired because the rich boosters like him and Mitch sure as hell isn't paying the buyouts for him and his assistants. Besides if we go to a bowl he sure isn't gonna get fired.

We're Kentucky football, we've finished with a winning sec record what maybe once in my lifetime. No coach is going to change that in 3 seasons

Meh. I've been banned for worse before.

At least I don't acccept futility streaks against teams like UT like some in this fan base.
Doesn't really matter whether you accept them or not, they are a reality. Not accepting them just means you live in a fantasy world. I wish we were better, but there has to be some reality as to what kind of a program we are and how difficult it is to change that. The idea that there is some magical coach out there that will come in and make us one of the top few teams in the SEC in 3 years just isn't reality. It's fools gold, and if that is what it takes to satisfy you, then you will probably be dissatisfied the rest of the time you watch UK football. My opinion, for what it's worth, is that if this program ever gets built, it will be a slow and painful process. It will not be quick. It will look a lot like it looks now. That doesn't mean Stoops will be the one who does it, but I think the slow painful improvement you are seeing now will be how it is ultimately accomplished.

We are the youngest team in the sec folks. We have an identity now. We ran up over 600 yards of offense against Tennessee. I've never seen us do that. This year would have been different with hatcher and the kid from Seneca high school. We played whole season with backups in the front seven but found a couple players. Middleton and ware will be great players for us. We redshirted at least 10 this year. This program is in a good spot and the fan base needs to give it a chance. Losing jones and westry hurt today. Baity too but the team didn't quit. At least give them credit for that.

What coach in their right mind would come to a program who fired a coach for going 4-4 in conference (have done five times in 30 years) that took over a 2-10 team and has yet to have an entire class to graduate and go to a bowl for first time in seven years?

Just sounds like a dream job right?

This is the SEC. Coaches with better results and resumes than Stoops have gotten canned these last few seasons. I have seen nothing in his time here that says "great coach" or that he can elevate this program.

I'm tired of bottom feeding.

Could add that this is the first time in ten years we have been 4-4 in sec. if that makes it sound better. Do something that hasn't been done in a decade in a relative short period of time without his first full class reaching their true senior year. But that ain't good enough to keep a job. Real good message to potential hires

Stoops ain't getting fired and you know it. The defense got shattered today of which Stoops is in charge. So, I'd say you left out a few details intentionally to make it seem this team is dominant.
They have had the same record this point in the season the last two years. The only reason they are not going finish the same way is they have a cream puff left in AP.

Sorry OP but this is a very stupid idea. These guys lost their QB and have ran the crap out of the ball on SEC defenses. There is now way in hell you can say with any credibility that our offense has not improved this year.

I'm with you OP, I think you should stay home as well. Think Auburn fans should do the same.

6 wins and a bowl.

Stop moving the goal posts. As a CMS skeptic I will not change my previous expectations.

CMS has earned next year IMO, regardless of how awful the SEC has been.

Overcame loss of QB, awful start, revamped the defense, revamped the offense.

Complainers had zero evidence that this team would be able to do those things.

We will see what he and his staff are made of in 2017.
