Jarrod West can’t hit 5 ft jump shots. Great defender and runs the point ok but brings nothing offensively. So it’s like playing 5 on 4 most of the game.

I thought this team’s strength would be its depth, and its weakness would be the lack of great players. A lot of average to good players. And of course, Mack doesn’t appear to be ‘coaching them up’.

IMO this season hinges on his ability to make progress on that last point. The players aren’t going to get much better individually…
