Some of these late Saturday games might run into some nasty weather. Which teams do you think it effects the most? I look at SCN and Carmel running into some trouble with how much they throw the ball.

Those are both afternoon games. As of now rain not expected until Saturday night.
Honestly, poor conditions probably helps esl. I'd love to see MJC/Tillman/Coleman get 50 carries and idk if glenwood can run their offense through the RBs.
I agree. I think ESL's strength is their collegiate level defense and their run game coupled with the slop conditions will compliment that nicely. Though I have never not liked food enough to be skinny enough to sniff the defensive back position, I assume knowing the route and not having to back pedal is an advantage. So if the QB can get a good grip and make some throws, you never know. I just don't see it.
Not sure how rain changes anything for this game. No passes will be thrown and the game will be over before 8pm.
Mr. Negativity, just pointing it out. Will be a slop fest and fun one for all involved.
Just pointing out facts, that if any weather comes this weekend this will be the game least affected by it. Also, not sure how good it will be, I say Wilmington by 3 scores.
Does Jacobs still have a grass field? I’m sure BR rolls, but a sloppy fox valley field is no joke
I wouldn’t want to play in the secondary against Izzy Abrams with less than perfect footing. The receivers know where they’re going… the DB’s do not.
