Marian Central @ Crystal Lake South - Blowing your budget on a football field doesn't make sense, but on crystal meth it does. This stadium controversy is costing them construction cost ($1.2M), legal fees ($300k), fines ($1M) and probably bleacher relocation cost ($5M).
