Week 2 Predictions

[Mr Honda]

For the first week predictions I went 14-4 in the won/loss columns. Not too bad considering the first week is one of the toughest weeks to judge. This week, we have a couple of inter-state games as Highland Springs (Richmond, VA) travels to Chambers and Mallard Creek makes the trip to Georgia to play nationally ranked Buford. The predictions are below:

Credit Honda for sticking your neck out this early in the season. Good result the first week but may be just as unpredictable this week. Not many gimmees on the list. I am not sure I see Marvin Ridge beating Independence. They got thumped by Monroe week 1. Not questioning the Catholic v Hickory Ridge outcome, this game is a tossup. My only disagreement is that, unless there are a whole lot of turnovers, I think it will take 5 touchdowns minimum to win the game. The scoreboard may be lit up like a pinball machine in hyper mode.

Yes, Marvin Ridge seems to be the problem child for me and very unpredictable. I wouldn't be surprised if they beat Independence. It wouldn't shock me if they didn't.

I was surprised by the AL Brown score. I maybe wrong but I don’t think it will be quite that close.

I got Chambers winning,but I got 21-20. Those teams are absolutely loaded on defense, but both teams are also very big play explosive.

I was surprised by the AL Brown score. I maybe wrong but I don’t think it will be quite that close.

there's a better chance of goats flying than SV scoring 23 points against kann.
