Did one of these a few weeks ago (https://edgytim.forums.rivals.com/threads/week-3-escc-ccl-revised-predictions.17774/)--things have changed quite a bit. Thought it would be fun to revisit now that we are entering the final third of the season with power rankings and playoff outlooks.

Blue:
1. Mt. Carmel; 2. Loyola; 3. Brother Rice; 4. Marist

Playoff Outlook: Mt. Carmel has clinched and is looking at an 8-1 finish,at worst. Loyola has an interesting game this week vs 6-0 Benet, but will likely finish 7-2 (6-3 at worst). Brother Rice likely clinches this week vs StL and then has CoM so a 6-3 finish is likely. Marist has work to do needing to win 2 of its final 3 vs Naz, Pat's and Loyola--I think they finish 4-5 and miss out.

Green:
1. ND; 2. Rita; 3. Montini; 4. Providence

Playoff Outlook: I think all four teams get in. ND has clinched, but still has two tough games on the schedule (vs Naz, @ Rita)--I think they split those two and go 8-1. Rita has to win two of three vs Marian, Benet and ND--I think they beat Marian/Benet and finish 5-4. Montini should finish 7-2/6-3 depending on the finale vs Providence. Providence the same. Top to bottom, this is a very impressive division.

Orange:
1. Nazareth; 2. Benet; 3. StL; 4. DLS

Playoff Outlook: Naz finishes with three familiar ESCC foes on the road (@Marist, @ND, @Benet)--not easy at all, but I think they will finish 8-1/7-2. Benet also has a really tough end of season schedule (@LA, @Rita, vs Naz) and is looking at a 6-3 finish. StL will need to win 2 of 3 @BR,@Provi and @DLS. Unfortunately, I think they drop the next two and finish 4-5. DLS is looking to finish 3-6.

Purple:
1. Viator; 2. MCC; 3. Pat's; 4. CoM

Playoff Outlook: Viator got a HUGE win over St. Pat's this week. I think they drop their next two (@Marmion, vs Mt. Carmel), but beat CoM in the finale to finish 5-4. I think MCC wins @Iggy and vs Pats (losing vs Loyola) and finishes 6-3. The Shamrocks have to win out--I don't think they will and will finish 3-6. CoM lost some tough games this year and will be looking towards 2020--thoughts are with their coach.

Red:
1. Marian; 2. Leo; 3. DePaul; 4. St. Joes

Playoff Outlook: Marian will need to beat Leo in the finale (and then hope for enough playoff points) to get in. Outlook not so bright for the rest of the division.

White:
1. JCA; 2. Marmion; 3. Fenwick; 4. Iggy

Playoff Outlook: JCA should win its next two games (vs CoM, @DePaul) to seal 5 wins. Marmion still has a game vs Joes so, at the very worst, should finish 5-4. Fenwick has a chance to win out (vs Pats, @Leo, @Iggy) but will need to win at least 2 of those. Iggy does need to win out.

Combined:
1. Mt. Carmel; 2. Loyola; 3. Nazareth; 4. Notre Dame; 5. Rita; 6. Montini; 7. BR; 8. Providence; 9. Marist; 10. Benet; 11. JCA; 12. Marmion; 13. StL; 14. Viator; 15. MCC; 16. Fenwick; 17. Pat's; 18. Iggy; 19. DLS; 20. CoM; 21. Marian; 22. Leo; 23. DePaul; 24. Joes

I find myself very interested in Naz' next two games. As has been stated, Marist has had their number and the game is at Marist. I just don't think Marist has the offensive firepower to keep up with Naz this year. But, I liked Naz over the Redhawks last year too. Plus, Marist is fighting for their playoff lives.

I like where ND is currently sitting in their matchup with Naz. They have Leo this week, while Naz has their first true test since Week 1 against a team that the Roadrunners should be sky high to play. Going up to Niles to face the Dons is going to be a tall order for Naz on the heels of the Marist game. I'd favor ND in that matchup.

I think I feel opposite of you here. Probably because of the Naz-Marist history I feel better about the 2nd week.

Curious on SR over MCHS. MCHS won head to head, but is there some other methodology here?

Was torn on that one. Picked Rita for two reasons: (1) They seem to be really hitting their stride following a blowout of MCC and a shutout of PC. and (2) Not sure on Montini's QB situation with the injury. Could go either way.

DOA if Deontay cannot get healthy. Understood.
