If I were to pick one, I like Arizona State over A&M. Arizona State is ranked higher, but the dog.

Illinois St over Io_a...

I don't care if that Io_a loss will make the Big 10 look bad, I hope they go down.

There won't or can't be many upsets in the first week. Just look at the point spreads. Hardly any under 10.

michigan over utah. utah says they are watching film of michigan and every place harbaugh has coached and watching film of florida where the dc coached last year. they actually have no idea what is coming. samething with byu. watch nebraka film and oregon state film but you really dont know what is coming. thats alot of different film to be watching. that usually causes some mistakes

Can't let the fact that Minnesota ran over us skew our thinking. TCU is a very solid team with a real good coach and schemes. Can't see Minnesota winning. I'm looking forward to that game.

I'll go with Louisville over #6 Auburn. Petrino might be scum, but I could see him drawing up a good game plan against an overrated Auburn. I could also see him getting his *** handed to him, but that's why it's an upset.

For Big10 homerism, Northwestern might have a shot against Stanford. I don't think NW is a good team, and I think Fitz is overrated, but they seem to pull out a surprise once a season. That 11 AM kick off will seem like 9 AM for the Cardinal.

Think TCU might come in a little cocky. Minnesota is a good coached fundamental team. Who knows

They might, but they've got to have a chip on their shoulder after last year. I also remember what TCU did against Wisky in the Rose Bowl a few years ago. That staff will have them ready for Minnesota's run game.

10-3 TCU at half, with a fumble in end zone. TCU doesn't look great but 1st game. TCU's RT played hockey with my son thru So yr of HS. They were a defensive pair, and mashed people. My son hit harder but the other was 6'3 when he was in 6th grade. Great kid actually and fun to watch him. My next door neighbor's son will be starting RT for Arizona St sat night, 6'7 310.

My North Carolina prediction fell short courtesy of a horrible interception in the end zone late in the 4th qtr.
