Gooms...the early playoff returns suggest you may have been right about SCE all along. This game against NT will be very telling.Tentatively,
SCE-NT

I thought Gooms was their #1 advocate. I'm wrong? Perhaps my vision was clouded by that dumpster fire of a conference I follow.Gooms, really? Who had SCE in the DSR first?![]()
Wassup I'm not stalking you I swear but I might need good eating ideas after leaving Lombard for Triton.
You forgot to mention the ice with no lidDo yourself a favor and blow by Triton and head 2 miles east to Johnnie's for a beef, dipped, with mozzarella and hot peppers. Russell's Barbecue is close too, but Johnnie's is the best. Fuhgeddaboutit.

Friday: Looking like STC @ NT still sorting it out
Saturday: PR ay Montini then LZ vs Fenwick @ Trition College
Edgy you ready for a whole Saturday of Newt?

Naz some of the best seats there is. Parking not the greatest but has been much better. So where could I go see a game that has good parking and plenty of seating? Seriously. And not Saturday night.
The sad thing is that you actually believe the above.Naz some of the best seats there is.
Stadium seats right off sideline, no track, seems pretty good to me. You can bring your own chair and sit literally on the field if you want. Nice place to watch a game. The sad thing is that you actually believe the above.
But the trick is finding one on the visitor's side that is high enough to see over the team. What he said. stadium seats opposed to bleachers. no track. can literally be 5 feet from the field in the endzones.

I was waiting for that one.Should be plenty of seats available at East St Louis!
Gene & Jude's is also very close! Thanks guys and yes been to Johnnies before won't pass that up

Do you know what the parking situation is at NT? How early do I have to get there?

What the other 2 said and make sure you get directions to Loyola Academy and not New Trier since Mapquest will take you to Winnetka. New Trier's football games are in Northfield right past Loyola High School.
Sounds like a lot of fun, but I have to be at a friend's house for dinner Sat night and he lives about a mile from the WI state line. Just too far, but I'd love to go.Yea sir! Home of the Flyers. Same with anyone headed to the Palatine @ Lyons game. LT has a north and south campus. The football field is at the south campus :

You all do realize your phones have Map Apps, right?
Not so sure I agree with that last part. I think the jury should be out on NT. Beating MS and Marist is nice, but neither of them would be close to a sniff at the DSR at this point. A 10 point home win over a 1-8 GBS and a 4 pt win over a 2-7 York are cause for concern.
I can't speak to York, but Glenbrook South was a waaay better team than their record indicated. They hit hard, have a very effective run game that keeps opponents offenses off the field, and they never got down or gave up in the game against Palatine. I'm still scratching my head on how they would up 1-8.
