Well, if you were hoping Beamer would get it, you'll be disappointed in this response

In his Sunday presser a reporter asked "What do you attribute the -9 yards rushing to?"

That's a layup answer, right? Leave it to Beamer to turn into some rambling non-specific response. However, his first sentence sums up his cluelessness: "A little bit of everything. I wish you could pinpoint it to one thing."

You CAN pinpoint it to one thing: The OL sucks!!!

Seriously, is Beamer the only person in America who doesn't get it? Just say it: our OL isn't nearly good enough.

I wish I could say I was shocked by that answer. I won’t be shocked if we roll into the 2026 season with the exact same bunch of coaches……

Listening to it, it sounds like he just feels defeated. I didn't think he knows the answer. I think he's over his head. Teasley should have been left in MO to walk home

It would instill some confidence if he would at least correctly diagnose the problem publicly. Doesn’t even have to propose a solution. Just let us know that he knows the OL stinks.

I also heard him say in response to the question that he would need to check the game film first. Really?! REALLY?! Stevie Wonder could answer that question based solely on the game commentary.

Maybe he needs to upload the game film into ChatGPT. That's how most students do their schoolwork now.... maybe it works in coaching.

You know you can't do that. Let's go out on the recruiting trail to get better players after you have just blasted the ones you have publicly. Maybe you can blast the coaches like Spurrier used to do.

Exactly. What would Spurrier have said? "Did y'all watch the game? You tell me? Was it our wet toilet paper line? Or our running backs getting tackled with one hand? I mean sometimes I wonder if they dadgum think it's two-hand touch out there."

I 100% agree. I know he can't sit up there and say that he needs to fire the OL coach, but he could at least acknowledge the problems instead of changing the subject or lashing out at Jack (who seems to be the only person asking the difficult questions in pressers). It's always a red herring instead of answering a question with a direct answer.
