I barely pay attention to announcers, but the little bit I heard I though he has a long way to go to get to prime time.

He did a great job I thought. Mentioned how Brea gave his Billiken's team fits. Always been a Ford fan. A lot of people say he's an @$$hole but I LOVED him when he played for us. My favorite Ford moment was his jubilation after hitting those FTs at the end of the Mardi Gras Miracle. He knew what they had just accomplished.

I thought he did fine. Had some in depth comments and a couple of weird ones. Didn’t recognize the voice and surprised me.

If I’m not mistaken the other announcer with Travis was Andrew Kappes who does a very fine job on the post UK games radio wrap up with scores and high lights. Listen to him regularly especially on the drive home after a game

Loved his reaction after those free throws.

Also thought it was hilarious that he took three free throws…TWICE…after Gimel and Jared were fouled versus Vandy. Kid was shifty.

Can’t believe there was no “violent cuts” or “guard your yard” comments from him, gotta step his game up if he’s ever going to get his own “jet” 😂.

Heard quite a few rumors that Ford is a first class @$$hole. Maybe he's changed over the years and grown up or learned from the error of his ways.

He used to be. Very slowly learned some humility. His nephew passed a few years ago (first name was Ford).
