Does anyone else think that many of these "reports" linked to Washington Post and NY Times are led by Trump's team to discredit the media even more? Basically just like what a conservative group tried to do to the WaPo on the Judge Moore scandal. Think about it, a Trump member "leaks" that Trump is replacing Tillerson. The NY Times runs with it, only to be discredited by Trump and Tillerson and making the NY Times look even worse.

To their defense, how many has Trump replaced? When there's a leak that there is another one to be replaced, why wouldn't they trust that information?
