Go ahead and let him pick out his numger for duke cause the other 3 schools are a joke. Harvard would be a great pick of he was going to be a lawyer but not an NBA player
Duke would also be a good pick if he wanted to be a lawyer.
If he wants to be a lawyer, Jay Bilas is a great role model.

I guess they were not in a position to make him a offer he couldn't refuse

I can only wish I had Gary's connections .He is actually privy to Capel s conversations with recruits, because the only reason we are getting recruits is because of his scandalous negative recruiting tactics.I cannot believe that he is this obnoxious in real life without getting his *** kicked on a regular basis
There is no way the coaching mafia would allow that. If anyone would lay a finger on Gary, that person would be swimming with concrete shoes on.
Gary actually said Carter was a heavy lean to UNC until Capel started the negative recruiting. Hahaha. Whatever helps them sleep at night, I guess.

Carter is not going to Harvard. Let's just stop all of that foolishness. Yes, his mother may like Harvard (whose mother wouldnt like Harvard), but he's not going there.
Gary is the only person on the planet who really thinks Carter was ever a "heavy" lean to UNC, let alone even interested in them. He showed casual interest in the Heels but that's where it stopped.

After Isaiah Stokes, Brandon Huffman, and Garrison Brooks showed considerable interest in UNC, Roy actually rescinded his offer to Carter. Roy has found some diamonds in the rough, once again. Move over Luke Maye, cuz you're about to be yesterday's news!
I would like to see Carter and Trent Jr committ to Duke together like Jah and Tyus did.
I'd like for there to be a Justise Winslow-like athlete commit to us out of nowhere as well.
There is NO negative recruiting against unc. If you say they cheat and suck, it's simply the truth. There's nothing negative about the truth.
Call it negative if you want. They can get their panties in a bunch about the "junk," as gary so eloquently refers to it as. And he can get all bent out of shape about Capel using it against them yada yada yada. Here's the problem that they never want to address- it's not some sort of made up scenario- Duke doesn't develop big men, get guys to the league, all you do is set screens BS. I was strictly looking at it from a basketball standpoint. Duke is a very good school to become a lawyer, but Harvard law is equal to that of duke basketball. He will be a pro on the court just not one that involves a jury or a judge

Remember this hof coach roy williams is a unc fan first before he's their coach and he thinks as a typical unc fan thinks. He has stated in words similar that there is no bigger tar heel fan than roy williams. He whines all the time. Always complaining. Sometimes I really do think he is a thr regular. Remember a few years ago when Clemson had that pretty good team and I believe it was the NIT year for unc. He said I wish everybody had to play Clemson twice when that year Duke only played them once. forget the players name that decomitted from unc a few years back when hof coach roy williams went after him in his book. Have you ever heard Coach K say anything about Joey Beard or Kris Humphries ? Hasn't complained about Clemson since. And then there's the time when he pointed to a Presbyterian fan and had him escorted out by security for yelling during a tar heel free throw. I could go on and on about him and his foot in the mouth comments but it would be longer than a dsouther. Yes you should be a fan of the team you coach and no doubt Coach K is a fan and loves Duke and always will but he is Duke's coach first and acts that way. OFC
