Maybe my memory is failing me, but I expected to hear the band more than 2 or 3 times during the first half. Instead I was inundated with ads…if it wasn’t on the big screen, there was a guy on the court reading them. I thought you go to games to avoid the ads? Holy hell that was irritating. How long has it been like this?

On the positive side, the arena has made some nice cosmetic improvements, the pregame is awesome, and I enjoyed getting a closer look at the team this year. It was my son’s first game so of course it was special for that reason also.

Sorry for sounding dumb, but, was it a woman's game or men's game? You didn't specify and I am too unbelievably sick to figure it out. Tested positive for Flu-A today and currently sporting a 103.3 fever. It's awesome!! Got meds in me but if death arrived tonight, I wouldn't be disappointed. Lol.

Visiting with some relatives. Eight years ago at just about this same time we were visiting and most of us got sick. I had a temp around 102 and was in bed for four days but had no idea it was four days. Sickest I have ever been. Didn’t test for anything in the moment but my doc, who was also a family friend, told me it was Flu.

I go to five or six a season, been to three already so far this season. To tell you the truth, I don’t pay a lick of attention to the band, although I’m pretty sure they usually play a little ditty more than two or three times a half. Don’t really notice the ads either; guess I’m just used to it.

I had a similar experience once. Didn’t go to the doctor but I am sure it was the flu. It was the weakest I ever felt in my life. The only other time I thought I might have flu was Covid

Same here. I didn't know the band played and never noticed the adds. I'm normally with my middle-school aged son. We are normally cutting up when play stops.
