I mean, MSU isn't on the list, and technically they have a worse record at this point. And Rutgers is only one conference win better. :D

#11 looks like the Nittany Lion logo after it ingested some toxic poison or something. I have no idea what the hell team that is.

This program cant catch a break. We are not even at the top of this ranking system. If we cant be "good" we might as well be "bad". Instead we are mediocre. Stuck in purgatory.

In the CBS college football bottom 25. None of our remaining opponents appear on this list. Too bad we don't play Wisconsin this year.

This is embarrassing. Coach Terry Smith should put this up on the screen in a team meeting. Whom of the staff and players can show some pride the rest of the season and give maximum effort? Certainly seems like a team void of leadership.

I totally predict that later today my wife will say something along the lines of “WTF is your problem today?” Infuriating. Nothing nothing worked the way it was supposed to, that’s 100% a “never happened before.”

As bad as the team has played this season, no way in hell are they in the bottom 25 in FBS football.

I would not be surprised if they win two or three more.

Michigan State is bad. Rutgers is Rutgers, Nebraska has some serious injury issues to deal with and will be traveling to play the game.

On top of that some of the kids will be playing for contracts next year, either here or someplace else. Contracts? Yes, they get paid now. The monetary incentives are there for the players who get a chance to perform.

I think that you will probably see a new coach bring in lots of his current players and kids he has developed relationships on the recrutiing trail. Many of the guys on the current roster know that and they will likely leave or be fighting hard to keep their jobs. Yes, jobs.

In years prior to pay for play many of the players would have quit already. That is still the case with many, but the ones who have aspirations for professional careers can't afford to toss it in.
