I heard the coach is leaving. I wonder who will get that job. It looks very attractive.

It is an attractive job, but will only exist for a short while, as the two high schools over there will be merging in a couple years. This would, I believe, put Ben Hammer from East in the lead for the head job at the new school.

I thought I would ask, do not want to start a civil war, but it is obvious that WM has been successful under Coach Eddins, how were they prior to his arrival? Also, when did Benji Brown get there as principal? It has to be a tremendous asset to have a principal with his football knowledge.

Mediocre . They made 1 appearance in the SC in whom they lost to JK. But they've always had talent comparable to Albemarle/T-Ville/Monroe(1AA at the time)/ etc. They were just missing Eddins.

I believe Brown and Eddins came in at the same time if I'm not mistaken.

Im pretty sure Eddins came while Jack Cagle was the principal at WM.

Benjie Brown was not there when Eddins was hired. Benjie has been there a few years and I think they have had a few other principals since Nick arrived at WM.

No one from North Stanly should ever post about won loss records in football. Albemarle has more state championships than North has conference championships in football not to mention the overall record head to head.
