West Rowan - Freedom

[Chargerforever]

West took undefeated Statesville to overtime. Played 4 A Mooresville close. Will they beat Freedom ?

[Justafan56]

Yes they will

[Fatguyfootball]

I think Freedom takes it 35-28

West Rowan has played 2 prolific offenses in 4A Davie County and Statesville. I think they'll take this one by double digits

[us_doss11]

Freedom by 4

If history holds this game will end up something like 48-45 with West Rowan winning.

West Rowan beats Freedom

I think west Rowan makes the trip to the ranch in the second round

[patsfball]

This Freedom team has very few accomplishments. Haven't won the conference or a playoff game in the three years they've been together. A win Friday night would get the monkey off their back in one category. Go Pats!

[crest91]

West sounds formidable on paper...could be trouble for Crest in a second round match up...of course beating a team twice (Freedom) in the same season is extremely hard too especially a team that pushed Crest to the wire...either way, makes for an exciting second round.

Hope the best team wins...but it's definitely a shorter drive to the ranch for the Pats.

[Fatguyfootball]

Crest did have 7 starters out in that Freedom game earlier in the year. Could be a big difference if they were to play each other in the 2nd round.

[Chargerforever]

We both better be focused on our 1st round game. Them country boys from West Rowan come from good stock. They’ve got a great program year in and year out. Well coached team. They’ll be prepared. For Freedom and the next team.

[patsfball]

Freedom is hungry for a playoff win. Many individual records and accomplishments with these guys but nothing as a team. Football is a team sport and in our case individual records haven't equated to team success.

[Chargerforever]

Don’t know much about the Rowan team but there schedule sure makes them look battle tested.

[Crestufff]

That Freedom QB gave Crest fits earlier this season

[patsfball]

Yep, he's done that to a number of teams
