Wonder if surry central’s rpi numbers will be figured into west’s numbers even though the game has been forfeited?

If they take a no contest, they will end the season with one less win. I’m guessing they can take a forfeit and apply surry central’s rpi numbers?
Yeah but would probably hurt them worse to take a forfeit.

Mt Airy has it on max prep 1-0 FF from past week. I think West Stokes will be 5th or 6th seed. Mount Pleasant rpi is very close to WS in the 6th spot.
Burns, Mt Pleasant and West Stokes are all in play for the 4-6 spots. If Burns loses to Shelby our win % drops obviously, but our opponents win % is gonna jump up a little bit (opponents will go 4-3 no matter who wins/loses) so currently opponents win % is 0.55, adding 4-3 is 0.57 so it'll go up slightly but then add 8 wins and only 1 loss from Shelby to that opponents win % it'll boost it even more. (The game you play against each other doesn't count in opponents win %). It'll all come down to OWP% & OOWP% between Burns, Mt Pleasant & West Stokes. But of course Burns can make the 4 seed a mute point if we beat Shelby
As for the the original question, it's be better for West Stokes to get a no contest than a forfeit win over Surry Central and have to add those 9 losses to their OWP%. Getting a forfeit win will bring the win % up slightly but drop their OPW%

I'm sure they will go with what ever helps rpi. West OWP% was not great this past week.I expected Northeast Guilford to win against Ashboro.
