It appeared we were in regardless, but now I feel better getting this win....not that the win helps that much but another loss to Tech would have been bad.
I dont get why we play at 3 instead of the 7 or 9:30 game....that is messed up.

IMO this game did not affect seeding even if we lost. Every year there is always a lot of attention paid to conference tournaments and it’s impact on seeding, and each year the committee more or less ignores the results unless there is a surprise winner or deep run to the finals with a few top 10 wins along the way.
I think we have an opportunity to take down KU which will result in a lot of buzz and could elevate us into an 8-9 game. Winning the tournament maybe gets us to the 7 line.
