Good for some of these programs that were able to hit someone else and then go back into fall camp.
I think what I am seeing is this has been the mentality in the Big 12.
Treat OOC as a scrimmage.
WVU probably emptied their roster against Eastern Kentucky.
Much easier without the RS rule.
Oklahoma State wasn't and had to play a close game.
