Going a little simple. I have chicken marinating in a home made BBQ sauce. once I decide to cook that it’s getting shredded and put on a bed of nachos, topped with grilled onions, cheese, jalapeños, bacon (real bacon from breakfast this morning) and sour cream. Easy lunch.

Starting off with coffee with vanilla creamer along with a cinnamon chip scone and a red velvet muffin.
What is leftover bacon? I have never heard of that.
I don’t know if I should have said leftover bacon… maybe continuous bacon?

I love brats but it’s not a favorite of the wife. The only time she will eat it is if it’s leftovers in an omelette the next morning.
