We're having Carolina pulled pork (as we are watching from the Outer Banks)! Spoke with @rudedude and @MaconNitt from their tailgate in West Lafayette... sounds like all systems are go for the Shot Clock (and I know I have some catching up to do)!

The Better half (regarding cooking) is making chicken cutlets, grilled hot peppers, provolone cheese. Me and the boys are pumped. starving already.
Smash burgers on the blackstone, brats, grilled caprese salad, Greek pasta salad.
I only use my 2 year old Weber genesis for grilled corn and to final sear steaks after cooking in the sous vide. Everything else is on the blackstone. Hibachi seafood is to die for.
Skirt steak and brazilian spiced chicken cooked on the green egg with some nice microwbrews and looking to have a nice bourbon to top it off when PSU wins...
Where in the outer banks are you staying? We went to Corolla this summer and stayed at Corolla Light. We are huge nova fans in my family. Have fun!
