The best defensive lineman he was handling at camps are his age. The guys he played tonight are not. He was playing against 22 and 23 year olds tonight. That is the difference.

That's a good thing because KYFB fans really needed a bye week anyway after the start we have had this year!
You have made some reasonable posts since you arrived.
But being on a board less than a week full of people who have been here over a decade and telling them to go be UL fans loses all credibility.
In fact long time posters that use this attack line look stupid too, just not as bad as a brand new poster.

Wrong! Our receivers are better... Our running backs are better... Our tight ends are better... Our def. backs are better.... In my book, our field goal kicker is better... Our depth is better... Our special teams are better... Our front 7 on defense are still too young...
IMO, our OC is a lot better... With Stoops as our DC, the D is getting better too...

Why isn't our record better? Our schedule is certainly the weakest it's ever been.
The roster is better. I agree with that 100 percent. The key is can they take this roster and make it to a bowl game?
Sober up, OP. You make it sound like Kentucky is playing Johnson because they want to. There is a 4-star QB sitting on the bench with a back injury. The back-up is third string because if the second string is starting that is what the third string does.
Bama has a third string playing back-up because the second string transferred.

I think we're one game off on what everyone predicted at this time... We had a big lead in the first game and let it slip... Our defense was terrible, but now it's getting better, one game at a time...
Our QB issue is a big problem.. Turnovers are killing us... Our defense is really young, as we lost eight of our top players last year... We have to do better recruiting the D-line..
However, we are not that far off and we've corrected a lot on defense.... We need to protect our QB better...
Yes you are right, we are all striving for 6 win seasons! We played ALABAMA, a lot of teams get beat by 28 to Alabama. I want 10, 11 12 win seasons but I hate to break it to you, it ain;t happening this season. We have to crawl before walking, 6 wins would be a success THIS SEASON...
