What are the best camps to send players to get recognition by rivals, scouts, other recruiting services?

My nephew is going into his senior year and would like to know. He's a legit D1 prospect.

Thanks.

If he's going into his senior season and is a legit D1 prospect then schools should really already be aware of him.

If he is a QB then I would suggest getting him into the elite 11 competitions, which generally start out locally.

It sounds like he might be behind the 8 ball a little with regards to recognition. I would forgo camps such as Rivals, Scout etc... and have him attend as many 1 day school camps as he possibly can. Most are cheap and he gets to be right in front of coaches.

I would also get his tape to as many schools as possible.

Good luck to him. I hope it works out.

Yeah little late. He needed to be gettin into camps sooner. But the one day camps are his best bet. It's harder when you get into recruiting late but not impossible

Other options are Prep School or JUCO.. The one year you might have to pay for Prep School could save you 4 to 5 years of paying for college. JUCO is a little more risk because he loses a year of eligibility. But if he hasn't gotten any recognition or offers at this point and you think he has D1 talent I would for sure be looking into both of these options.

If he's "going into" his senior year as in class of 2017, then you still can hit the camp circuit this coming summer.

Take him to as many camps as possible as others have said. This lets the coaches see him in person.

If he's a legit D1, his high school coach should have some contacts that is already getting him noticed. If he's major D1, he shouldn't have any trouble getting an offer. If he's FCS level, this coming summer will be just fine in getting him noticed at camps. Just send out as many YouTube video highlights as possible to the coaches of the schools he might be interested in.....

There are recruiting service websites as well that could potentially help. Some are not so expensive and some are. A couple as an example are BeRecruited.com and ncsasports.org

Hope this helps.

If he's an offensive skill player, send him to the Manning Passing Axademy. My son went and had the time of his life.
