Bump because I'm getting impatient with the ncaa and the university of porn for not releasing their response. What's the delay? Has uofl struck some shady back door deal with the corrupt ncaa. Or has more info come to light causing a last minute revision of the ncaa's response?

If this isn't grounds for a vacated season or two I don't know what is. It would be one thing if it was just impermissible benefits. But these particular benefits were criminal. A self-imposed post-season ban doesn't scratch the surface of what that program deserves. The NCAA could re-establish some credibility by making an example out of UL.

Head in sand:

We won't get anymore bans or vacated wins and here's why: the PROGRAM was not charged with any major violations. No failure to monitor or LOIC. Those are the most serious and we were never accused of those. We were never accused of using ineligible players. PITINO himself has been charged with failure to monitor an employee NOT his program. The only thing left on the table is Pitino getting suspended. This was both sides presenting their cases and now the COI will decide what happens. This was not an appeal that was rejected. This is the NCAA saying we're not buying your defense and will continue to "prosecute" Pitino. It's heavily focused on Pitino because that's the charge we are rebutting. Pitino will have the chance to present his case to the COI this summer. No reason to panic. Eric Crawford said he'd be shocked if Pitino got more than 5 games because he wasn't charged with failure to monitor his program like Boeheim and Brown were, just his employee. We will keep the banner and will get to play in the postseason. The only reason that would in jeopardy is if there were charges against the program, which there are not.

U of L has other sports that matter in full swing. We're not a one-trick pony like you're familiar with.

Well, the NCAA has rejected their lame excuses and the hammer is ready to drop. Rick keeps trying to talk Snyder from entering the draft, but, it may make no difference if they are banned from post season next year. [banana] Wouldn't that be poetic justice if they get back most of their team, have a chance at winning a NC, only to be banned?

I wandered over to their board at halftime of the Kansas game and I'm amazed. There's people over there still refusing to admit Louisville has admitted to hiring prostitutes. They actually believe the NCAA is only interested in Rick Pitino and the school is off the hook with just a minor coaches suspension coming.

They completely ignore that Louisville admits to providing improper benefits to prospective students and current student athletes for four years.

Louisvilles challenge was only about Rick so that's the only thing the NCAA responded to. They're completely out of touch with reality

I wanna talk to the Tard attorney who actually advised them to make the argument that the cheapness of the hookers should be a mitigating factor. :joy::scream:[thumb2]:eek:kay::100points:[banana][cheers]:cool2:[roll][jumpingsmile][laughing]

Tards think it's only about pitino and not the "program." from scout board.
