Well said. This is what I've been telling them. With real journalists like Howie and Ramsey telling us this isn't true, we have to believe them. These guys are in the know. Instead a bunch of random posters on here all act as if they are the experts. Again, I will say if Howie and Ramsey turn out to be wrong and they've been telling us nothing happened when it actually did, then they should be fired. But they wouldn't risk that so you know they have to be telling the truth.

this is not a criminal trial, but even in a criminal trial you can still get a conviction with enough circumstantial evidence
the book alone has enough for the NCAA to start a very serious investigation

3. Texts from the Director of Basketball Operations setting up these meetings
4. Receipt from same person paying the admitted prostitutes with a Money Order

Its not just UK fans, The national media has already seen enough to know there is merit to the story. If you go to the national board, the consensus from fans across the nation is that there is enough proof that the story is true. Only UL fans are denying this.

Apparently the company who published the book (IBJ I believe) and the author, who won a Pulitzer for investigating/writing about police corruption and a sex ring in Indy, did their back-ground due diligence on the information Powell was giving them. They stand to lose their jobs/reputations and possibly face lawsuits if this is blatantly false. Since both decided to move forward with it, I would have to think their third-party investigators found enough/showed enough for both IBJ and the author to be comfortable with the book being released. That should worry any UL fan, even the ones with their heads stuck firmly between Jurich's sphincter and his colon.
