Two of UL's biggest donors are demanding a forensic accounting exam be performed on the UL Foundation. The two are the Brown Family Foundation and another set up by one of the founders of Humana. Time to clean house.

The University of Louisville's board voted to threaten a suit if the UL Foundation doesn't open up its books for a forensic accounting examination. The Foundation is being accused of all kinds of misdeeds, coverups, etc. Pretty bad when the university has to sue its own foundation.
