Well now we have yet more dirty dealings going on at UoFSmell with the release of their audit, don't you wonder just how much does it take to get that sewer of a school closed down !

Will the audit findings make it easier for the NCAA drop a hard hammer on Jurich and his cheating crew?

You have to think so. Their nonsense is systemic at this point. They've proven its not just a rogue employee. They whole place is eat up with it. Taking Pitino's past whoremongering into account, you'd think the ncaa would hold that Lewisville Community College not only allows it, but encourages that kind of behavior.

It's not the depth of depravity of a Baylor or Penn State, or as enduring as UNC, but it's bad. Like... Bad.

Matt Jones " I am hearing from folks at UL that the Cards expect a decision from the NCAA This week. We shall see…I expect Pitino to get hammered and the NCAA to find a way to let them keep the banner. Either way, we will know soon"

Looking to hear that the NCAA hits them with a heavy hammer, because if they don't, other schools will be constructing a Minardi, no security camera facility. Just send the head coach to Miami, so he can deny any involvement.

Watch for the timing of the release of the findings. If it is bad for UL, They will release the findings at 5pm on Friday.

If they were Memphis or a mid major, they'd get stripped of the NC banner, but since Pitino is a big name in the game, a scolding and a gentle slap on the wrist will be gist of it. I'm not looking for anything big. They should, but they won't.

Ky attorney general to determine if crimes were committed:

http://www.kentucky.com/latest-news/article155686349.html

No way Andy charges anyone at UL, especially Lord Jurich. If Andy has his eye on higher statewide office, he is going to need heavy support in Louisville (the largest pool of democrats in the state). I bet that he determines that what was done was irresponsible/immoral but not criminal. Then its case closed and time for a coat of white wash.

Kind of sounds like what Comey did with HRC.

I think the NCAA will have a few folks gauging what the media and general public would do or say if they ruled this way or that, they have to consider PR and the light that's shed on themselves.
