No game was played in those conditions in the bottom picture so quit misrepresenting it. MCC plays in those conditions and actually wants them as it's an advantage. GBW is the same thing, they play on grass normally and therefore have exponentially more experience in suspect conditions than turf teams do. It's not exactly supernatural here. That field was a decided advantage for MCC especially on a team like Naz that's so reliant on their athleticism. I would venture to guess that on a turf surface that game would have gone a whole different way.

With that being said the Naz fans should probably drop this discussion. It would be troubling to me that they didn't rise about it and figure out a way. They will need more mental toughness then they displayed Friday. Hopefully it's an eye opener for them but the egg they laid would keep me quiet if I were a Naz fan. It's the regular season, the book hasn't been written yet only the 4th chapter but there better be a twist in this book if Naz is going to get to where they are expecting.

You got me there, but I did find some pictures that were tweeted from the Marian fans after the game. This is one of the Marian Boosters working on the field on Saturday. They figure a little seed and some fertilizer and the field will be good as new in a couple of weeks.

If only Naz's coaches had known that MCC's field gets sloppy when wet and that rain was in the forecast, then they could have designed a winning game plan. If only they had known...
