What Happens if Kentucky Doesn't Make A Bowl Game This Year?

Probably the most direct question to ask at this point.

If they don't go a minimum 6-6 this year and make a bowl game, meaning Year 4 of 4 in the Stoops era of no bowl appearances, do you go in a different direction?

Or does going 5-7 at this point, but playing much better and more competitive the rest of the year, bring him back next year?

Here's the reality:

UK needs to go 6-4 the rest of this season to salvage a 6-6 year and be bowl eligible. There are only 5 very winnable games in my mind left--South Carolina, Vandy, Mizzou, Austin Peay, New Mexico State.

This means UK must win ALL 5 plus find at least one upset win in there to get to 6-6.

Admittedly, where this team is at right now, I don't beam with confidence with 6-6 happening.

It means a total collapse because it would mean Austin Peay beats us. Fire everyone, coaches, players, staff, ticket handlers, cheerleaders, turf managers, even the guys that paint the lines.
