PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Bill Cosby testified in 2005 that he got Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with, and he admitted giving the sedative to at least one woman and "other people," according to documents obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

Quaaludes haven't been illegal nearly worldwide since what, the early 90's? How he obtained them, and where he was doing his involuntary dosing at, say in multiple states, could come into play. Also, if I'm not mistaken, in many states there is no statute of limitations on rape and/or sexual assault.

A decent prosecutor could easily turn that situation into jail time via a plea for Dr. Cosby.

Bill is possibly a serial rapist and needs all legally open cases investigated and prosecuted if the evidence leads in that direction.

I'd say his family is going to lose a lot of money. My personal opinion on why this has taken so long to come out is some of the women were uncomfortable about coming forward. And when it happened it probably got a lot of others who probably intened to have sex with him to recall that they felt odd afterwards. Piecing it together long after the fact. He's obviously got some deep psychological problems since his fame and wealth would have been able to take care of normal sexual needs.

Pretty sure every state has statutes of limitation on rape/sexual assault. Murder is generally the only crime that doesn't have one.
